Have you heard that JCPenney is no longer offering coupons? They have a new sales model called: Fair and Square Pricing. The premise is they offer three types of pricing:
Everyday Pricing - Instead of marking up prices so they can then put the items on sale, JCPenney will keep the prices low - even at last year's sale price.
May - Prices are 20%-30% lower than the Everyday Pricing (so you can afford the current month's essentials, is how I understand it)
Best Pricing - You can find the lowest/best prices on items on the first and third Friday of each month. The items last until they are gone.
