YAY! The Germantown Library is hosting the How to Festival for the second year. I was invited last year to be one of the many presenters for the first year and thought it was an awesome idea and this year is going to be even bigger & better. The event is fun for the entire family.

Food vendors will be available selling hot dogs & flavored ice.
