We just purchased the new Kindle Fire HDX 8.9" for Christmas and I have to tell you I absolutely love it. It is a bit more on the pricey side than the Kindle Fire 7" HD but I love the size of the tablet and there are a few improved features on this model. One of the new features I love about the Kindle Fire HDX is the MAYDAY customer support. If there is anything wrong with your tablet, you can press the one button and a customer service rep pops up on your screen instantly and can even pinpoint issues remotely.

The other great features the Kindle has different than other tablets, are the offers.
