Head over to Office Max where you can get a FREE Elf Yourself Calendar ($6.99 value!) Just upload your pictures and click "Let's Dance". Then you'll want to click on "Get Calendar" on the top right of the page and your personal code will be created.
Take your code to Office Max for pick up.
