This weekend Sam's Club is offering Free Women's Health Screenings for TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone), blood pressure, BMI (body mass index), glucose, total cholesterol, HDL (high-density lipoprotein) and a take-home breast self-exam gel packs.  Available to both members and non members.
