Today's recipe comes from Land O'Lakes!

Candy Bar Fudge

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups real semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, cut into chunks
1/2 cup chopped peanut butter filled candy bar cups*
1/2 cup coarsely chopped salted peanuts

Directions

Line 8- or 9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil over edges. Butter foil.

Combine sugar and evaporated milk in heavy 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil (8 to 10 minutes).

Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring constantly and boiling gently, 8 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips and butter until melted and mixture is smooth.

Pour into prepared pan. Immediately sprinkle with chopped candy bar and peanuts. Press topping firmly into fudge.

Refrigerate until firm (at least 2 hours). Lift fudge out of pan using foil ends; remove foil. Cut into small squares or rectangles. Place into individual paper candy cups, if desired.

Store covered in refrigerator up to 10 days.

*Substitute your favorite candy bar, coarsely chopped.
