The prize is supposed to be automatically added to your card, right? How are you supposed to redeem it? I won $2 off and $1 off, but the last time I went shopping at Kroger, it didn't take anything off. What's going on?
GO on-line to yur account on kroger.com and make sure it i really added and you see it on your card, You have to "claim it" so it won;t appear on your card to till you claim but hten it should come right off
