Often people ask me how could I possibly feed my family of 4 (and 2 dogs and a cat) and get all my household needs for 0nly $40 a week? Well, look @ what I just got @ Kroger for a grand total (yes this includes Tax) for $20.09. The total before was $60.77, I got 12 of my items 100% free!

Quick Tips:
  1. Save Kroger Store Coupons i.e. The Rotissiere Chicken was on Manager Special for $2.00 I had a Store Coupon for $1.00, So yes an entire chicken fully cooked only a $1.00, yes tonight's main meat!
  2. Shop Frequently so that you can get manger's specials! My favorite day to shop is Tuesday as you can get the sale price for both weeks (the new week starts on Wed. in Memphis).
  3. Have all your coupons with you, so you can get those awesome Manager Specials!
I went on a Friday afternoon which I never do and had a young guy as my cashier and when I handed him my PILE of coupons, he looked at me and said "You know you could just down-load coupons to your card". My reply with a big smile, "Oh I did, look see they already came off". I know some of you say your store does not allow both but it seems most Kroger stores in Memphis do, so you can save BIG that way!!
Any questions? Please ask me, here or on facebook or in an e-mail or on the chat wall! There are many of us who love to help other out with the info we know!!
One last tip!!! Colgate toothpaste though the coupon says "Pro Enamel Health" it is the number on the coupon and product that must match. The one that I got was on sale for $.98 and I had a $1.00 off coupon!
