Green Ostrich Lunchskins Reusable Bags GIVEAWAY

Links provided in this post may be from affiliate programs which earns My Memphis Mommy a small commission. Thanks for clicking!

I being a savvy shopper and an avid recycling/re-user hate buying plastic bags for lunches, picnics and food on the go. So I "invested" in plastic containers, and have experienced 2 problems, 1 they take up a HUGE AMOUNT OF SPACE, and 2 after not much time the plastic starts to break down.

I did some research to try and find a solution and I discovered a green gift I know you are going to love! These are called lunch skins and they are fantastic, they do not take up much room and they are washable (even can be used in the dishwasher). I have used it for sandwiches (the grape jelly came out so easily), pretzels, fruit, the uses are endless. The styles available are appealing for all ages from a pre-schooler to an adult who would want to take these to work! I also love that these products are hand-sewn here in the USA!!!

Green Ostrich has an awesome deal going where when you buy 4 you get the 5th free and they have offered a 5% discount code when you enter MEMPHIS at check out make this an awesome deal of $33.76 for 5 bags so $6.75 per bag normal price is $8.88. Click here to get this deal which is valid till 1/31/11.

Best of all Green Ostrich is giving a Memphis Mommy Reader the chance to win a bag (the one featured above).

Wore out a mini cooler bag for breast milk storage with the last child. It wasn't easy to clean. Need find a new one. This seems like a great idea and a big timesaver.

i pack my lunch 5 days a week between my two jobs, and my daughter packs one 3 days a week for preschool, so needless to say we use ziplocs a lot! i've tried to cut down by using similar plastic containers, but would love the flexibility offered by these bags! (KJ)

My little boy usually uses a bag everyday for his snack, so this reusable bag could save alot of money in the long run.
