This looks like it could come in handy! B.D.
I love having birthday parties for my children. Just recently we hada Purplicious birthday for my daughter. Everything from the invites to the cupcakes were purple!
This book looks like something I need!!! I am not creative at all and have a 2 1/2 year old boy and a 9 month girl. I have a hard time coming up with creative, fun ideas for their parties.
We have had fun parties with many different themes. My sons' favorite party was a Monster Truck theme where we did games with tires, had a monster truck cake, served Big Foot Dogs (foot long chili dogs, King Crunch Chips (just potato chips) and Blue Thunder Punch. It was a lot of fun!
My daughter had a 50's party one year where everyone dressed up in 50s clothes and we played 50s music, served hamburgers and milk shakes and had hula hoop and bubble gum blowing contests. FUN!
Last year my daughter's party was a photo scavenger hunt...this year she will be 16 and we are doing a "Glowing Sweet 16" with black lights, disco ball, laser tag and glowing stuff! It will be awesome!
I love costume parties for any and all birthday parties. Adults and Children both love to dress up, pretend and just have a great time...

Don't know that I have any great ideas, that's why I would love to win this book, but we did decorate our carport for my daughter's last birthday party. We just took christmas lights and strung them from the ceiling. It was cute and gave a great feeling once it got a little darker outside.
With 2 boys, I love the idea of a Lego themed party, complete with building contests and Lego-shaped cake. FUN FUN FUN!
