The Cici's locations in Bartlett and Cordova are not participating in this promotion! The employee I spoke with at the Cordova location stated they were not familiar with this promotion and the employee at the Bartlett location asked management if they were participating before responding that they were not.
That goes for Southaven as well...
Ugh how frustrating as the message on their facebook was that if you received the e-mail from them (as you have to put in a store location) then that store should be participating and I received this as being signed up with the Cordova store....
