John Morrell Product Review and COUPON Print

John Morrell asked Shana to do a product review of their NEW line of meats.
I am so super excited about these products! Three years ago our second daughter could not tolerate any dairy or soy, the "allergen free formulas" did not work for her, so I had to go on a soy, dairy, wheat free diet! It was an eye opening experience. I had no idea that SOY IS IN EVERYTHING, as is dairy, all hot dogs have casein (which is a dairy by-product) well not anymore, just this year John Morrell has DEVELOPED THREE PRODUCTS, hot dogs, smoked sausage, and bologna all ALLERGEN FREE! I have met so many people here in Memphis who have family members with food allergies! This a product you have to try!
No milk, no eggs, no nuts, no fish, no soy, no wheat - NO WORRIES! Allergen FREE! These products are made in a complete separate facility from any other product!
They sent me a free product coupon and I purchased their hot dogs. They were delicious and full of flavor! My girls ate them right up with no complaints! While John Morrell is a company that is almost everywhere, this product line is not yet, but lucky for us, Memphis is one of the launch cities, so I was able to find it easily at Kroger! It is also available in Walmart! Best news is they have a coupon print $1/3 available on their facebook page. If you are reading this and not from Memphis don't despair, print the coupon now (while it is available) and if your local store carries John Morrell ask this about the possibility and timing of getting the allergen free products!

As you know, I love recipes, so here is one I had to share, will post another one later on! Doesn't this look fantastic?

Smoked Sausage Kabobs

Ingredients
1 LB John Morrell Smoked Sausage (cut into 1" pieces)
8 Cherry Tomatoes
8 Mushrooms
1 Medium Red Onion (cut into 1" pieces)
1 Red Pepper (cut into 1" pieces)
1 Squash (cut into 1" pieces)
1 Zucchini (cut into 1" pieces)

Baste with your favorite gluten-free grilling sauce.
Cook on medium-high on your outdoor grill until sausage heated completely thru (approximately 4-5 minutes per side checking often)

Preparation
Cut the John Morrell Smoked Sausage and vegetables into bite size pieces. Place the sausage and any preferred veggies onto the bamboo skewers. Baste the veggies with Balsamic Vinaigrette and grill the kabobs for about 10-15 min. rotating until the meat and veggies are cooked through.
