My husband, Paul, is an amazing man. I hear so many women complain that their husbands don't help them or seem to enjoy spending time with their kids. My husband isn't like that at all. He spent all day Saturday taking our girls to Lifetime Fitness to play in the pool, then to Bellevue for the VBS program and then for ice cream. This was all while I was scrapbooking. It made me feel so good to know that I could enjoy my favorite hobby and not feel guilty because I know my girls and husband were having quality time together. I am so thankful for my husband.

I would treat my husband to a special steak dinner. He is a great dad to our three children. He has had a lot of health issues but he always puts our children and their needs first.
I have the greatest dad around. He has always been an active part of my life and he continues to be an active part of my life and his grandchildren's lives. He never misses a birthday party or important school event. He is a devoted family man who will do anything for his family. He recently became unemployed (due to layoffs) after 29 years of employment with the same company. Soon after he lost his job, the floods in Millington occurred. Since then he has spent his days working on my grandmother's house, which was severely damaged by the floodwaters. His dedication to completing my grandmother's home has greatly interfered with his job search. I feel that he deserves to be treated to a nice dinner on Father's day and I will make sure that happens for him this year.
