A couple of years ago my mom taught me her secret to making phenomenal devil eggs. Although I can't give you the measurements of what I put in them because I use a little this and a little that around the kitchen I can give you the ingredients and hint to make them look a little better.Scoop the insides out and put in bowl, add a little sugar, white vinegar & mustard (i like dry but you can use prepared), mayonnaise and blend together. Scoop in a Ziploc bag and cut off a little corner and your ready to fill! Sprinkle with paprika for look and your done. Mess free.
