Kroger is now offering digital e-coupons here. You just need to register with Kroger and enter your shopper's card number to get started. They've got some GREAT high dollar coupons I haven't seen anywhere else!
This may be stacked with paper coupons also. Here is the response from the Help Center:
Thank you for contacting the Kroger Digital Coupons Help Center.
Digital Coupons can be used in addition to a manufacturer's coupon.
*Note: If more than one Digital Coupon for the same product is loaded on
your card, the coupon with the highest value will be the one accepted.
Most offers are available for loading one time per card and are not
eligible to be reloaded after redemption.
