Chick-fil-A is offering for the little ones on Halloween between 4p-8p a FREE Kids Meal for those dressed in their best costumes. I asked if this was store wide and they did not know. I was at the Chick-fil-A near Poplar and I240 near Whole Foods Market in Memphis.
