Mozzarella Chicken & Rice Skillet Menu

Here is one menu that looks great and simple. Of course, I can't write it up with the included prices of items I have not been to the store to compare. Here are some coupons that I have found to match with the ingredients, but once again...if not on sale other brands could be less.

If I have enough people interested I will start trying to do a meal plan per week and match with items on sale, but this takes ALOT of planning and I'm very strapped on time as is. There are some great sites out there with meal plans that do all the work and match for the stores sales etc, but you do have to pay for them.
I would think alot of people would have these items in this menu on hand.

Mozzarella Chicken & Rice Skillet Menu (Kraft Food)
1 Tbsp. oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) 98%-fat-free reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
2 cups fresh or thawed frozen broccoli florets
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Make It!
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. on each side or until cooked through (165ºF). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
ADD soup and milk to skillet; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in broccoli and rice; top with chicken. Cover. Reduce heat to low.
COOK 5 min.; sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

Variation
Use whatever frozen vegetables and shredded cheese you have on hand, such as peas and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
