Larger-than-life scarecrows all displayed around Lichterman’s lawn. These ‘crows are created by garden clubs, master gardeners, school groups, scout troops and local area artists and prizes are awarded for best school entry, greenest, most creative, best critter and most popular in the scarecrow contest.
