At this event you will forget about your worries as you get swept away by dazzling plumes of colored powder that leave you looking like a human rainbow. Run through 5 color stations on a 5k course and finish with one big party! Don’t miss out on the EPICOLORTOSS during the finish line festival, when everyone counts down to zero and simultaneously throws color packets into the sky and over the entire crowd. Last weekend, the Color Fun Fest visited Memphis and asked me to be apart of the awesome event.
I was so excited to attend and could not wait to pick up my registration packet. But of course, I got sick the day before. Luckily, my wonderful aunt who was already planning to run the race with me, found another friend to go with her and snapped a few pictures for me and told me all about how much fun they had.
To be able to get out with a group of friends and do an event like the Color Fun Fest is so much fun and a lot different than a typical 5K. Not only was the event fun for the kids, the adults had a blast as well. Who doesn't love being able to throw color packets at eachother ?!
We will definitely be attending the next Color Fun Fest in Memphis.
