Here is a fun FREE Memphis Redbirds event.

What: The Memphis Redbirds Fourth Annual 'Bird Watching event

When: Tuesday, April 2nd 11am-2pm

Where: AutoZone Park
200 Union Avenue

Cost: FREE

Fans are welcome to enjoy the afternoon under the sun while watching the future stars of the St. Louis Cardinals take batting practice and prepare for the upcoming season opener on April 4 (weather permitting). Free hot dogs, nachos and soda will be provided.

Seasons tickets are still available and Redbirds representatives will be on hand to assist with any questions. The Redbirds again will be offering $2 refills on beer and soft drinks for Champions Club members during the 2013 season.

The Redbirds begin their 2013 Pacific Coast League season on Thursday, April 4 at AutoZone Park with a 7:05 p.m. opener against the Oklahoma City RedHawks, Triple-A affiliate of the Houston Astros. The first 5,000 fans through the turnstiles will receive a 2013 magnet schedule presented by Victory University.
