Get ready for the 5th Annual Kids Katch Youth Fishing Experience at Mud Island River Park this weekend!
When: Saturday, April 27th. Registration is 10:00 a.m., and fishing will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Presented by the Riverfront Development Corporation and Mud Island River Park, the Kids Katch Youth Fishing Experience is a free event designed to provide our local youth (ages 12 and under) with an opportunity to enjoy the sport of fishing in a safe, non-competitive environment.
Bass Pro's first Super Star and television host, Bill Dance, will lead an exciting cast of volunteers on hand to assist the children with casting, baiting, and catching the fish. Prizes will be awarded based on first catch, next catch in a specified timeframe, and through random drawing from the names of registered anglers.
Riverfront Development Corporation will have a limited number of loaner fishing rod and reel combos available; however, participants may bring their own.
