We have had this system since Christmas and after a day of having it, we replaced our Keurig. Now we use the Esio daily. I especially love it makes cold items and there is a good selection of juices my one year old loves. It is super easy to switch the E-Paks out and can go directly from dispensing a hot item to a cold item. Plus, you can choose the strength and choose how much liquid you want in a cup. With the Keurig, if I only wanted a small cup I was wasting the k-cup.
