Ok, so I have to tell you all about my amazing experience at Bluefin restaurant and Mary Poppins the Musical this week.
I was super excited when the Orpheum Memphis asked me to see Mary Poppins the Musical opening night. Since I can not tell you when I have had an outing with just my parents, I decided to ask them to join me at the show. Of course we had to have dinner downtown so we decided to check out Bluefin since I have never been before. If you love seafood and have never been to Bluefin, you have to try it out sometime. We all ordered different entrees and they were all amazing. My favorite was the grilled Salmon.

After an amazing dinner, we headed over to the Orpheum to see Mary Poppins the Musical. My dad is a big fan of the movie and was a little skeptical the play would not be anything like it. Of course we told him he would enjoy it.
My parents and I have seen many plays at the Orpheum and in New York and have all had our favorites until now. Mary Poppins the musical has taken our top ranking for plays to see. Not only does the musical have several of the popular songs from the film, there are several new ones and characters. Not only was the cast and music great, the set was one of the best ones we have ever seen.
If there is one play you need to see, Mary Poppins the Musical is definitely a must see. But hurry as the show will be flying away this Sunday night and seats are going quickly. You can purchase your tickets here or at the box office.
