Fall is almost here. Which means awesome weather for yard sale shopping. The Countrywood Annual Neighborhood Sale is this weekend. My grandparents have lived in the neighborhood and I grew up going to the sale each year. We would always go on Friday nights to park and stay at their house to go shopping Saturday morning. It is the largest neighborhood sale in town and so much fun. If you have never been, I highly recommend checking it out.
When: Saturday, September 22nd
Where: Countrywood and Carrollwood Lakes subdivisions
Entrances off of Germantown Parkway and Highway 64

Here are a few FAQ's about the sell:
Can we bring a golf cart to drive around?
People have brought golf carts in the past; however, it is not legal to drive a golf cart on city streets, as they are a non-licenseable vehicle.
We are not aware of anyone receiving a ticket, but legally you are not allowed.
Where will the restrooms be?
Port-o-potties are located throughout the neighborhood. Locations will be determined 2 weeks before the sale, once we know where the houses are located that will be selling.
Where can I get food?
Food vendors will be throughout the neighborhood.
What hours are people open?
Hours differ for each house. Most open at sunrise. Please do not show up with flashlights and try to shop before there is enough light to see. Our residents have been encouraged not to allow people to shop before there is enough light.
