Celestial Seasonigs Tea @ Target only $1.27

We love tea! Mark and I enjoy a cup of tea each evening when the kiddos are in bed and all is quiet, we love to have a piece of chocolate and an Herbal cup of tea! Smart Source has been issuing a TON of $1.00/1 box. Target has the Celestial Seasonings tea $2.27 so only $1.27 for a box! There are 20 bags in a box of one kind or for the sampler there are 18 count! This is a GREAT DEAL! And the sampler box when paired with a cup would make a nice gift!!

Recipe of the Day: Grilled Chicken & Peppers Sandwiches

Grilled Chicken & Peppers Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

• 3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
• 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 (4 to 5 oz.) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

• 1 red or yellow bell pepper, quartered lengthwise
• 1/2 cup packed arugula or watercress
• 2 (6-inch) oblong Italian or French sandwich rolls, split
• 4 slices Sargento® Ultra Thin Sliced Provolone Cheese 

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine 2 tablespoons oil, vinegar, thyme and garlic; mix well. Brush over both sides of chicken and pepper. 

2 Grill on a covered grill 5 to 6 minutes per side or until peppers are tender and chicken is cooked through.3 Brush remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil over cut sides of rolls; place cut sides down on grill during last minute of grilling. Place arugula over bottom of rolls; top with chicken and cheese. Cut peppers into strips; arrange over cheese and close sandwiches with roll tops.

Target Finds: Clearance Stuff To Use for Easter Baskets

Super Target at Germantown Parkway has it's dollar spot marked down to 70% on all purple dots!! I was super excited to find stuff I plan to use in Easter baskets, Disney Fairy paint set, Star Wars Yo Yo, Star Wars, Sticker/Coloring book, flash cards, only $.30 off, they had a ton of things, books, socks, a ton of great items for Easter baskets, or even birthday party favors, or items for a Christmas shoe box so any possibilities.

Plus keep an eye out on the Valentine Card Boxes this Star Wars one has 16 Star Wars Magnets which you could use in EASTER EGGS!! The box was only $1.50! Keep an eye out for Valentine card boxes with stickers and tatoos etc. you can use those items (without the card of course) for a NON-CANDY egg stuffer ;0)
