1 Lb. White American Cheese, cut into chunks or shredded
2 (4 oz.) Cans Diced Green Chilies, undrained
1/2 - 1 C. Heavy Cream (depending on how thick you want your dip)
Chopped Cilantro to taste
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth. Serve with chips, and any other condiments you would like. (Especially good over Mexican style rice).
