This deal ends Sunday, June 3, and you'll need the Costco coupon for Huggies (Costco only accepts their own store coupons - not manufacturer coupons).  If you do not have a Costco coupon then check the shelves around the diapers as many people leave coupons around on the shelves, or you could ask the cashier if he/she has an extra coupon you can use.
