Last night my hubby and I were on our way to Mikado's Restaurant (THE ABSOLUTE MOST DELICIOUS SUSHI & CHICKEN FRIED RICE! EVER.)
In the same parking lot is the new Cordova Farmer's Market - and they were open! So we stopped in and WOW! There was a TON of food in there! ..All sorts of exotic stuff, too, like real sugar cane - I mean the WHOLE cane! I saw vegetables that I didn't even know existed - from all over! And the prices were GREAT!!
There was also an entire FRESH fish section... I mean, the fish were swimming! They will even clean the fish you choose! Can stand to pick a live fish to have cleaned for you? No worries! There are all sorts of fresh fish on ice, and even fish that have already been cleaned and filleted.
There was also fresh meat, a deli section, refridgerated section, freezer section, and even a little Cafe area with foods from around the world.
This place will certainly be the one-stop shop for gourmet and any type of ethnic cooking you want to do. You'll want to stop in there today because today they are having a great deal:
