Recipe of the Day: Cowtown Diner's Meatloaf

I (Dawn) got this recipe from My Fox Dallas-Fort Worth.  They have an awesome segment where they share local restaurant recipes!  This one is from Chef Scott Jones of Cowtown Diner.

Cowtown Diner's Meatloaf
Meatloaf recipe 1 lb. ground sirloin
1 lb ground turkey
1lb ground veal or ground pork if desired
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
6 slices white bread, torn or cubed
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 egg

Bloody Mary Glaze 1 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 tsp Chipotle Tobasco
1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp celery seed

In small bowl, combine ingredients and set aside
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a saute pan over medium heat saute onions and bell pepper for about 6 minutes until tender. Add garlic and cook for one more minute, set aside.
In a small bowl, place bread and pour milk over. Toss and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all three meats, and the remaining ingredients including onion/pepper mixture and bread/milk mixture. With clean hands, combine all ingredients thoroughly
On a baking sheet, form meatloaf into cylinder shape.
Bake for 30 minutes. Add Bloody Mary glaze and bake another 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8 generous portions
