Schnucks Is CLOSING TODAY

Mississippi Contibutor Missy Monzo shopped at Schuck's and found these great deals. Note all Schnuck's stores are closing some are re-opening as Kroger. I (Shana) went to the one on Highway 64 which will close today @ 6:00 p.m. (I think they all will close today) and the Kroger across the street will remain open until the 19th (which is when the new stores should re-open). Get this, the Kroger on Highway 64 is not "moving their inventory" across the street but will try to sell as much as they can this next week and then re-distribute the remaining to other stores. Edge Shaving Cream Priced $1.00 each on sale 30% off so total was $0.70each using a $0.50 coupon doubling it was a money maker of .30 cents each.  So I bought 4 items

 

AXE body wash Price $1.70 each marked down.  I used a buy one get one free coupon making each item $0.85 each.  This was a HUGE find since they run an average of $5.99 each.  Yes I bought 6.  My kids love this product so it made them extremely happy.

 

SAUVE body wash priced $1.00 each on sale 30% off so the total was $0.70 each but using buy 2 get the third free. 

 

Cream of Mushroom Soup AND Chicken Soup was price at $0.63 each plus 30% off making it $0.44 a can using a buy (5) save $1.00 off making each can $0.24 each!!!!!  So I had to stock up since it is close to that time for soup season.

 

Bumble Bee Tuna now this was interesting.  I had a KROGER catalina coupon buy (2) save $1.00.  I asked the clerk since it said manufacture coupon would they take it.  She said sure.  I was able to buy 4 cans after 20% discount and coupon for a total off $0.32 cents.

 

JIF Peanut Butter was also free after discount and using a coupon too!

 

RICELAND RICE the big box price at $1.09 on sale 20% off making it $0.87 a box using a .50cent coupon doubling was a money maker of .13cents each.  Since we eat rice at almost every meal this was a VERY important find.  Buying 8 boxes and that's all they had I would of bought more because I had 4 more coupons to use.

 

Their 3 items with coupons only policy is out the window.  I think they are trying to sell off all they can so the policy is flexible.
