Commercial Appeal Paper New Subscription $6.00 for Sunday Only

Y'all read all the time of how I strongly advocate for subscribing to the Commercial Appeal. That was one of the first things my husband and I did when we moved here was find the local paper and subscribe to it, yes for the coupons but also for the articles! I have to say we LOVE the Commercial Appeal and get it EVERY DAY and start our day off reading the paper, sometime very briefly ;0)

Well since I am always telling people to subscribe to the paper, as the coupons alone COMPLETELY PAY FOR IT!! I decided to become an independent contractor with them.

For New SUBSCRIPTIONS:

 $6 monthly: Sunday only subscription (GREAT DEAL!!)

$13 EVERY DAY subscription which unless you live in Covington or a further out area should get you the Red Plum coupon insert in your paper every Tuesday

You must pay in person ( I need your signature) and you will also receive the 2012 The Best Book in Town Coupon book (pictured above)!

The $6 and $13 rates are valid for NEW SUBSCRIBERS who haven’t taken the paper in the past 60 days, and who sign up for the ezpay program.

You may pay via credit card or automatic pay. If you pay via automatic pay then you will need to bring me a cancelled check.

Or if you currently have a subscription and want to do an additional NEW SUBSCRIPTION.

 You may sign up to purchase more than one Sunday paper at a time if this what you choose, please understand multiple charges will come out of your account.

If you wish to have it drafted out of the checking account it will either draft the 1^st, 2, 3^rd or 4^th Friday  (depends on the time frame they sign up) we take the first payment immediately. As for credit cards they will draft up to 10 business days prior to the due date. 

I need to meet you in person to get you to sign the contract and give you the coupon book (or if you wish an umbrella.  

I will have subscription for sale at different events like the Summer Kids Mommies Night out and Coupon Workshops.  I am also willing to meet people at Wolfchase Galleria Mall in the food court! Please e-mail me to set up a time mymemphismommy@gmail.com

TONIGHT IS MOMMIES NIGHT OUT @ SUMMER KIDS

I am so excited to have my first night out without my sweet little one! Parents need a break and shopping without the kids is always a great night out in my book!! I hope many of you can, I would love to meet you (or see you again)!  If you have never been to Summer Kids, you will love it!!

Save the Date: July 7th Hip 2 Save Event To Help Flood Vicitms

As most of you know Memphis Mommy web-site is a part of a national network called My City Mommy! I love these mommy bloggers. It is a blast to work with them on a daily basis to find national and local deals for y'all. There are tons of blogs out there and I feel such a privilege to be a part of the city mommy network. All that said, there is one national blogger who is my favorite (outside my city mommy peeps) ;0) and that is Collin with Hip 2 Save!! She finds amazing deals and brings them to readers in a hip and fun way!


Collin is very successful in what she does and she is GENEROUS!!! She is using her huge success to go on a road trip to help flooding victims in 4 different cities with MEMPHIS being one of them! She is helping 4 families here in the Memphis area and she needs our help!!

SO LET'S HELP HER!!!! How can you can help? Spread the word about the event and COME!!!!!

Community Event: Hope Floats in Memphis – Flood Victim Benefit Donation Drive & Raffle
Date & Time:Thursday  July 7th – 11AM to 2PM


Event Location: YoLo Frozen Yogurt, 1243 Ridgeway, Memphis TN 38119 (@ Park & Ridgeway)
Program: A picnic table will be set up inside the store. Donations for the sponsored families (See here) will be collected, and a giveaway drawing will be held – with all event donors entered into the contest. Tentative activities for the kids: balloons and/or face-painting. Entertainer Wacky Chad will be on hand! Tentative plan – “Thank you” bags (with coupons, special discounts from local businesses, product samples) for the first 150 people or so to donate; for giveaway, prizes needed!
Sponsors: 15% of all YoLo Frozen Yogurt sales during the event will be donated to the four sponsored families!



Forward this to your friends, forward the facebook invite to your friends!! DONATE FROM YOUR STOCK PILE!!! I will be at this event and hope you will too!! We have 150 "Thank You" Whole Foods bags filled with some fun goodies and raffle items (you get raffle tickets when you donate). I don't know about you, but at my house we lose socks more than anything else!
