Red Plum is a little strange here in the Mid-South so please read the following carefully!
Red Plum will either be delivered to your mailbox (if available) or in the DELIVERED Commercial Appeal on Tuesday. You will only receive it in the Commercial Appeal if you are subscribed every day to the paper (if you buy the Commercial Appeal from a store or vendor you will not find the Red Plum Coupon insert). Also if you get the Red Plum in the mail you will not get it in your paper. If you live in Covington you will not receive it in your delivered paper.
You can
check here to see if Red Plum can come in your mail (it completely depends, I live in Cordova and mine no longer comes in the mail, I can only get it by subscribing daily to the paper. if you would like to know about good rates on the paper e-mail me, mymemphismommy@gmail.com.
Please also note the coupon insert is a week a head so today's insert is for 6/26, if you are using the virtual coupon filing system, this is very important.

There is a page of 4 "Kroger" coupons for vitamins, please note even though the Kroger logo is on the coupon look at the bottom of the bottom of the coupon these are Manufacturer coupons. Good news they can be used other places but the "bad news" is you cannot stack them as they are not Kroger store coupons. Kroger Store Coupons only exists for Kroger store products.
