Recipe:Sante Fe Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

3 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts

1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed

1 can (14.5 oz.) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, drained

2 green onions, sliced

1 tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Santa Fe Blend Cooking Creme, divided

3 flour tortillas (6 inch)

3/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
Directions:

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

COMBINE first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add 3/4 cup cooking creme; mix lightly.

SPOON 1/3 of the chicken mixture into 9-inch pie plate; top with 1 tortilla, half the remaining chicken mixture and 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Cover with second tortilla, remaining chicken mixture, 1/4 cup shredded cheese and remaining tortilla. Top with remaining cooking creme and shredded cheese; cover.

BAKE 20 min. or until heated through; uncover. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is golden brown.

Share Your Breakfast with Kellogg's & Pay It Forward To School Kids

Kellogg's has launched a new program called Share Your Breakfast that runs through July 31st.

Kellogg's goal is to help share 1 million breakfasts for deserving school kids by the start of the 2011-2012 school year. They will donate the monetary equivalent of school breakfasts to Action for Healthy Kids, which is a nonprofit organization that focuses on childhood obesity and undernourishment.

Here is how you can help...it is very easy:

All you have to do is take a picture of what you are eating for breakfast and upload it to the Share Your Breakfast website. You can even take a picture on your cell phone and text your photo with the word "Share" to 21534.

You can also:

Visit the “Help A Child” tab on Kellogg's Facebook page and upload your photo straight from there!

On National Breakfast Day, Tuesday, March 8th, only, there's one more way to share your breakfast. All you have to do is tweet a description of your breakfast (no photo required) with #ShareUrBreakfast on March 8, National Breakfast Day - every tweet will count as one more breakfast shared!

So share what you had for breakfast with Kellogg's and help a child!

Memphis ZOO NO FREE TENNESSEE TUESDAYS IN MARCH

Reminder: Per the new admission guidelines put in place last year in partnership with the Mayor's office, the Zoo will not be holding Tennessee Tuesday during the month of March. This decision was made and communicated through the Zoo's admission policies in spring of 2010 in an effort to preserve a positive experience for our guests when they visit the Zoo during spring break. The Zoo looks forward to resuming Tennessee Tuesday beginning April 5.

Each Tuesday at 2 p.m., Tennessee residents are admitted to the Memphis Zoo free when they present a Tennessee photo I.D. Additional admission policies on Tennessee Tuesday include:

* The Memphis Zoo allows free general admission to Tennessee residents on Tuesday afternoons from 2 p.m. to close.
* Persons ages 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult age 21 or older.
* Adults age 21 and older may accompany up to five children ages 16 and under.
* Photo ID with proof of age and TN residency are required for free admittance. TN Drivers license, current TN college or TN military photo ID will be accepted.
