Number 1 on my list of “Dawn’s Beauty Bag Must-haves” is a liquid eyeliner pen by Stila. Honestly, I have tried several liquid eyeliners and this particular brand is consistently a great performer. At $20 each it is definitely costly, but when continually buy and throw away eyeliners that don’t meet your expectations, $20 is certainly worth it!
