Recipe: Southern Banana

Southern Banana:

(because it is fried and uses left over bread: french, hawaiian, sandwich bread)
Serving: 2-4 people
Ingredients:
1 banana- slices are large 1/4-1/2 inch
toasted bread - large cubes or small cubes on a budget to serve 4
sprinkle cumin in oil in skillet
oil= 1 quarter size dollop

Directions:

Sprinkle allspice or nutmeg on the sliced banana before it goes into skillet.
Flip the bananas continuously so they do not stick to skillet
Take toast: add honey to it
1/4 yellow pepper and put in garlic press
When the bananas are golden brown on both sides put on top of bread and add cinnamon and pressed yellow pepper on top.
