Scooby Doo Curse of the Lake Monster Review and Giveaway


Growing up I loved watching Scooby-Doo. I was quite terrified when I was little of the monsters and villains but in a fun "terrified" way. I loved trying to figure out the mystery before my brother and he loved trying to scare me the rest of the day pretending to be the monster! Great memories of Scooby Doo. When the first Scooby Doo movie hit the market I have to admit I was not too thrilled by it, I felt it took an innocent cartoon and grew it up a bit too much. However the second movie, Scooby Doo, The Curse of the Lake Monster is very much a kid's movie. It is very funny and silly. The only criticism I have is I wish Scooby would have been in more scenes.

    My kids love both of the Scooby Doo movies! My 2-year-old son loves dancing to "Shining Star" at the end. And my 7-year-old daughter loves watching the special features on all her DVD's. I'd love to add this one to their collection! It'd be just in time for my daughter's upcoming birthday.

    My favorite character is Freddy. His personality and the ascot he wears are totally entertaining.

    I'm torn between Shaggy & Velma. Shaggy because he was just so funny eating Scooby Snax for payment to risk his life. Velma and her glasses. Girl needed to keep extra pairs with her instead of having Shaggy hold them. Now she just needs contacts.

    KWhitney We ♥ Scooby Doo!! My two year, Jamie walks around yelling~BE DOO BE DOO" daily. This would be a great movie to have.. And I am POSITIVE Scooby is his favorite character. ANd I am also sure it has to do with those Scooby snacks!!

    My son is about to turn 5 in April, this would make a perfect Easter basket item or even a birthday present. He is just now starting to really enjoy watching Scooby Doo, he loves watching how scooby and shaggy interact with each other!
