This recipe comes form the kitchen of awesome reader Dawn Curtis! Thanks so much for sending this to me! It is still quite cold and I am fighting a cold so Chili sounds amazing right now!
White Chicken Chili
1 large jar of white northern beans (on sale at Target this week $.77)
1 med jar of salsa (mild or hot) depending on what u like
1 large can of cooked chicken shredded
1 package of pepper jack cheese shredded
1 teaspoon of cumin
Dump all the ingredients in a crockpot and let it heat through for about 4 hours, and enjoy!
