CVS Great Shopping Trip, Explanation of How You Can Do the Same

I love CVS and get some really crazy good deals there! And YES YES finally one near my house!!
Including tax the total was $30.39 before coupons and Extra Care Bucks.
I paid only $1.76 (which the tax was $1.94 so I got everything for FREE and even got some off my tax) Woo-hoo!! Oh and I got $1 in Extra Care bucks for my next purchase so only $.76 in tax for all of this Woo-hoo! If you are new to CVS I will try to explain in detail how to make your coupons go FAR with CVS.

Let me explain how:

First if you are new to CVS you must get their Extra Reward Card. You must use your extra care card to get the sale prices and earn Extra Care Bucks.

Extra Care Bucks: Sometimes these are off your next purchase ANYTHING YOU WANT
Be sure and give them your e-mail address. Usually with the opening of a new store they will have a box and you will receive a few extra care bucks via e-mail. Click here and when you submit your e-mail address you will get a $4 off $20 purchase. Then ever so often you will get offers like this. You can also get $1.00 Extra Care buck for every 4 times you use a reusable bag if you use the CVS Extra Care reusable tag which I got mine on a CVS bag for $1.00.

The first thing I do when I enter the store is scan my ECB card on the RED BOX PRICE CHECKER MACHINE and a coupon will print off! Often you can use these coupons to get a FREE PRODUCT RIGHT THEN!

They will send you Extra Care Buck offers often. I had a $4 off $20 that was expiring today. What I do is I try to get my coupons to get as close to $16 as possible since I know $4 will come off my total, so I know I have to "spend $20". I completely write this out before I go into the store.

I looked at what I had coupons for and what products would get me to spending $20.
I had a $20/1 100 count diabetes strips which they price adjusted since it was only $13.99 FREE (no I have no use for this product but will donate/give it away)
2 Tide Release liquid Products was on sale $3.99 P & G 2/27 $3.00/1 used 2 coupons;
Final Price: $2.00
3 Mars product Candy Bars, $89 each used coupon buy 2 mars product get one free,
Final Price: $1.76
Dawn Liquid Dish Soap on sale $.94
used coupon $1.00/1 Organize in Style Booklet (should still be available to request)
Final Price: FREE
Nescafe $1.00
scanned my CVS card on the price checker box and got a $1.00/1 Nescafe
Final Price, FREE

So my total was $3.76 minus the $4.00 for spending $20 and then add the tax I paid only $1.76 and received a $1.00 ECB for my next purchase because it was the 4th time I had used my reusable bag.

Also another AWESOME thing I signed up for is the CVS Consumer Panel. Click here to sign up and as soon as they send you a survey COMPLETE IT!!! The surveys are usually super fast to do and they are quite generous in what they will offer you, $5 in Extra Care Bucks (no min. purchase). You never know how often you will receive one, it entirely depends. I don't get them often but am always so happy when I do get one!!

Please let me know if you have any questions on CVS I know it can be confusing but after you try it a few times you will get your head around it ;0)
