We love all shapes and sizes of pasta. My husband and son loves spaghetti, and I love making pasta salads with bow tie pasta. I love to cut up fresh mushrooms and saute them in butter. I open a jar of red sauce and a jar of alfreda and mix in a pan. I add the mushrooms, some shrimp or chicken, and ronco pasta; serve with salad. It is a favorite dish in our house.

This is a frequent staple in our house...I ALWAYS have the ingredients on hand of for those "what are we going to do for dinner" nights and it can go from pantry to table in less than 20 min. The recipe below feeds 2 adults and 2 kids. Can easily be doubled!

We call it "swedish meatballs"
-pasta (I prefer tri-colored rotini or stuffed tortellini)
-can cream of mush soup
-small size frozen meatballs
-heaping tablespoon of sour cream..don't measure just get a huge spoon full.
-milk

Mix soup, half soup can of milk and sour cream in pot and bring to boil. Add meatballs and simmer while pasta cooks in another pot.
Serve sauce/meatballs over pasta.

I serve with a salad and garlic bread. Sometimes I add frozen chopped spinach to the sauce pot.

We love pasta! One of my favorite, easy, go-to meals is this:

Bowtie or Penne pasta
A jar of alfredo sauce
1 can of Hunts Basil, Garlic, Oregano canned tomatoes
shrimp or chicken

Cook pasta. Mix alfredo and canned tomatoes (drain tomatos!), and heat in sauce pan. Add cooked shrimp or chicken and toss with pasta. Voila! I like to serve this with bread and salad!

Hope to win! :)

It is Definitely a tie between shells for Mac and cheese and bow tie for My chicken Alfredo!

I loveeeeeeeeeee Ronca pasta! It was a very long time before I even realized that other companies made pasta. I started cooking with Ronco at the tender age of 9 and I've been cooking with it for over 23 years! I love to make beefaroni! I use the Ronco elbow macaroni, pet milk, Velveeta cheese, Hunt's tomato paste, and margarine! It is delicious!

Our pantry is not complete without pasta. My son loves plain pasta with a touch of butter and salt. His favorite is farfalle and spaghetti. My go to recipe is farfalle with basil, pine nuts, and sun dried tomatoes.
