They sent me a new flip lid jar and I really like it, what a difference it makes, not having to worry about losing the lid, LOVE IT! I was raised on VPJ and personally use it on every thing from lips and eyebrows to sinks and tubs (prevents mold and makes things shine, even use it on shoes).

So this might seem a strange way to announce I am pregnant with my third child by doing a product review and giveaway but would you really expect anything differently? So we are thrilled that baby 3 will be arriving in May. Now I know there are many out there who never want to know the gender of their child and enjoy that as a surprise. I personally feel like there are enough surprises, will the baby have lots of hair, my nose, Daddy's chin etc. that the gender is something I want to know in advance and call the baby by name even before he/she is held in my arms. Well IntelliGender is an at home urine test that you can do as early as 10 weeks which is what I did last week. It was really fun, my parents had come for Halloween and when they arrived the girls were standing at the end of the drive way wear "Big Sister" shirts which caused the wheels to turn and my parents were shocked I hadn't told them. My Mom was thrilled when I told her I would do the IntelliGender test the next morning (YOU MUST DO THE TEST FIRST THING IN THE MORNING). Now I am trying not to get too excited but the result was BOY I will let you know at the 20 week ultra sound if it agrees!! Regardless it was a fun experience my Mom left with the box with Boy circled on it, she was very happy to go show it off. IntelliGender is available at Walgreens, Target, Rite Aid and CVS. Pay It Forward Caps For Good
Save the Children and the Warm Up America! Foundation are asking Americans across the country to pick up your knitting needles and crochet hooks to help save the lives of nearly four million newborn babies in the developing world. Get started today!
The Caps for Good grassroots initiative is running from September 2010 through February, 2011 and is encouraging citizens of all ages to participate by making a cap and advocating and fundraising to provide newborn care in developing countries.
Many Americans are looking to help people less fortunate in developing countries without writing a check --this is the perfect solution! The basic idea is to knit a simple baby cap, and save a newborn life. Knitting a baby cap is a simple and effective tool that can keep babies warm and ultimately contribute to reducing newborn deaths (which is 4 million per year) in the developing world.
Once the caps are completed, you can send the cap to Save the Children where they will then send them to their newborn health programs in Africa, Asia and Latin America. You will be able to view the progress of the caps online.
