Reminder Buffalo Party at Shelby Farms TODAY

Shelby Farms Park Conservancy will hold its 2nd annual Buffalo Party Saturday, July 10 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

The celebration will include games and activities for the kids and a chance to get up close and personal with the herd. There will also be free wings from Buffalo Wild Wings while supplies last.

The winners of the Baby Buffalo Naming Contest will also be announced at the party.

Admission and parking are free to the public.

Remmington College Free Back to School Hair Cuts

Remington College - Memphis Campus will offer complimentary back-to-school haircuts for children this summer. The Cuts for Kids event will begin on Monday, July 26th and run for two weeks ending on August 7th.

Parents can bring in children ages 17 and under for a complimentary haircut provided by instructors and students in the Remington College - Memphis Campus cosmetology school.

You can make appointments by calling 901.396.8625 or just walk in. Salon hours are Monday thru Friday from 10a-2p located at 2741 Nonconnah Boulevard.
