MobiGo Touch Learning System – Ages 3 to 8 years

Check out this brand new product that will available at Toys R Us on-line and in stores on June 7th.

This is an amazing hand held game. My girls age 3 and 5 are both able to play it with ease without frustration. There are different levels available. THEY LOVE IT. The coolest part is the touch-screen, which adds a modern twist to electronic learning games. Kids can learn while mimicking the way parents use touch-screen devices. It also comes in different colors! Other info:

- Learning skills: MobiGo teaches a wide range of skills including math, vocabulary, spelling, logic and categorization. The slide open QWERTY keyboard introduces older kids to text typing skills.

TLC Police Women of Memphis Poll

Have you watched Police Women of Memphis? It airs on TLC at 8 p.m. tonight!! Shana posted about the premiere of this show and was a little apprehensive of how it might portray Memphis.Here are her thoughts now that she has watched it:

It is a police show not a portrayal of a city. With that premise in mind, I liked it. I thought it was interesting to see the women approach difficult situations and hearing their story of how they chose their profession, and cope with the challenges of the job etc. Of course there were scenes that made me cringe but those situations are found in every city in America, not just Memphis. What are your thoughts?
