I was very disappointed that despite calling and checking on the time 2 weeks ago, it was not 10:00 a.m. sorry for any readers who missed out. They did hand me a card, which I did not read till I got home, free ladies flip flops today only, lesson learned, always read what is handed to you ;0)

They have a whole wall of plates, cups, place mats etc. for $1.49 only (though they are not all priced correctly) the nice Disney employee told me they all ring up at that price. I planned ahead for my soon to be Kindergartner and grabbed her this awesome Super Sleuth snack container (with removable divider).
Also all their kid's sunglasses regular price $5.99 are on sale for $1.99, can't beat that price.

Hot Summer Day Idea

Frozen Friends--To get this video to work click on the dot on the bar and pull it forward....
This is one of my favorite things to do with the kids. We (yes I do it too!) each get our own ice tray choose little plastic toys that will fit into the tray and then I pour water over it and freeze it. Then we take the trays outside and pop them out and fill the water bottles with warm water and spray the ice cube. Of course in the Memphis heat, they tend to melt on their own. This keeps my kids occupied for the LONGEST time. We have a blast trying to rescue them from the ice and trying new ways to freeze them (head first etc.). I think this could work well for a variety of ages as I love to do it ;0)

Memphis Children's Theatre Festival

The girls and I went to this last night and had a blast, if you don't have plans for Saturday you should make sure you go to this. They had so much to do and the performance of The Kallahoney Kids VS. The Shadow-Monsters A very Nearly Scary Story with Jazzz Featuring The Lady Who Lives in the Curtains despite the long title ;0) was amazing, it kept my kids attention the entire time.
