Shana loves cheese on everything. I went to Greece back in 2001 and I became a huge FETA FAN, it's like a national cheese there. Feta cheese is DELISH!!! The best way to eat feta is on Ultimate Cheese pizza from Memphis Pizza Cafe. YUM!

i love feta also. it is fantastic in pasta salad!

rotini pasta
feta cheese
diced apple
walnuts or pecans
bacon
tossed in your favorite dressing, greek or rasperry vinaigrette work well

definitely interested in trying Feta Cheese. I've always heard about it, but I've never given it a try. This would be great.
