FIREWORK CELEBRATIONS IN MID SOUTH

JULY 2nd
HERNANDO PICNIC AND PARADE
This Independence Day event is geared just for kids. Help your child deck out his or her scooter, bicycle, or tricycle in red, white, and blue and bring them down to Hernando for a parade around the town square. Free refreshments and a movie will follow. The event begins at 7:00 p.m..

JULY 3rd
BARTLETT FIREWORKS
This celebration will be held at Bobby K. Flaherty Municipal Center at Highway 79 and Appling Road from 6:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. and will include live music, family activities, a car show, and food vendors. Fireworks will begin at 9:30 p.m.

COLLIERVILLE FIREWORKS
This is Collierville's 25th annual 4th of July celebration featuring entertainment, food, games, and an exciting fireworks display. The event will be held at H.W. Cox Park located at 350 W. Powell Road in Collierville from 5:30 p.m. -- 9:30 p.m., when the fireworks will begin.

MILLINGTON NAVY BASE
Cost: Gate fee $5 per vehicle.
* The fun starts at 4:30 p.m.
* Spectacular Fireworks Show (about 8:45)
* Children’s Play Area.
* 3 Bands on 2 Stages
* Music performers
*Independence (Navy Band) Main stage 4:30-5:30 p.m.
*SIXWIRE – Main stage 6:30-8 p.m. and 9:15-9:45 p.m.
*Section 8 – Stage two 5:30-6:30 p.m. and 7-8 p.m.
* Do: bring picnic baskets, blankets, coolers and lawn chairs.
* Don’ts: No pets, No fireworks, No open fires, No grills, No tents,
* Don’ts: No soliciting and No political campaigning.
* Food and beverage concessions will be available.
* No alcohol will be sold.

JULY 4th
RED, WHITE AND BLUE RIBBON CELEBRATION BEALE STREET
The Red, White, and Blues Celebration will be held at Handy Park on Beale Street and will include food, music, and entertainment. The festivities begin at 6:00 p.m. and the fireworks will begin at approximately 10:00 p.m.

GERMANTOWN
Outstanding musical entertainment, games, moon bounces and crafts provide the early evening fun, followed by a fabulous fireworks display. The free event is Sunday, July 4, at Municipal Park on Exeter Road. Activities begin at 5 p.m. with fireworks at 9:10 p.m. In the event of inclement weather, call 751-KNOW (5669) for event status. OLIVE BRANCH
The Annual July 4th "Celebrate Your Independence" event at the Olive Branch City Park will begin at 5:00 p.m. Bring blankets and lawn chairs to enjoy food, games, and fun!

SOUTHHAVEN
This year's celebration will be held at Snowden Grove Park. There will be live music, a fabulous fireworks display, and fun for the entire family! The fireworks display will begin at dusk.
