Meal for the Night: Beef Stirfry

The iPhone my husband surprised me with at Christmas has came in really handy when taking pictures. I had to brag about my supper tonight. I had all this steak left over from Valentine's Day that I needed to use, so I made up my own dish with stuff I found in the freezer and pantry! I thought it turned out excellent and wanted to share. Served over brown rice.
