Freeze Day A Huge Success

I hope everyone enjoys my first "freeze day". I have to say that it was a very LONG day, but I think in the end it paid off. I shouldn't have to prepare many meals over the next several weeks. Most people like starting off with a few items, but I'm one of those that just "has to do it all"! I figure why the foods out and the dishes are dirty I might as well keep going. Now who in the world is going to clean this counter of dishes??? If you have any questions or would like me to send you recipes, please let me know. I figured up my bill from my shopping trip and I spent about a 100 bucks. I'm pretty happy with that considering how many meals I made.

Listed Above:
Breakfast Burritos, Left over sausage, Blueberry Pancakes, Sausage-Egg & Cheese McMuffins, 12 Apple Cinnamon Muffins & 12 Banana Nut Muffins.

Chicken Enchiladas (will add salsa & cheese when I heat up)

Ground Turkey Meatloaf wrapped in Bacon

Spicy, Saucy Rigatoni Bake

4 Loafs of Garlic Parmesan Bread
